  • Q: Must I answer every question?
    A: Any asterisk indicates a required answer.
  • Q: Can I do the application now and upload the required documents later?
    No, this application must be completed in one sitting; it cannot be stopped and resumed.
    Please have the required information ready for uploading with the completed application. It will be helpful to set aside a block of time to do this.  Please be sure that each uploaded document contains your name and the title of your presentation.
  • Q: Will I need to submit anything in addition to the application?
    A: The application will include your 3 learning objectives with your abstract, speaker release, disclosure of commercial support, speaker AV information and speaker biography.
    You will be asked to upload your CV or resume.  Please ensure that your name is on each document that is uploaded.
  • Q: When and how do I submit my presentation?
    A: You will receive instructions to submit your presentation roughly 6 weeks prior to the conference.  You may send us a PDF/Word/or PP that is LESS than 20MB, preferably less than 10 MB.  This is best for posting on the website.  Embedded video and animations are good presentation tools, however, they should not be part of the documents that you send to us to post on the website.
  • Q: Will I be reimbursed for travel or registration since I am presenting?
    A: Presenters whose abstracts have been chosen are not reimbursed or paid in any way for that presentation. This includes lodging, airfare, meals, etc.
  • Q: Do I need to turn in all the information on the applications right now?
    A: Yes, Each question has a purpose and all information is needed. This is to ensure your presentation will run smoothly, and we will have the required documentation to provide for the CEU application.
  • Q: If there are multiple speakers for a presentation, does each presenter need to fill out the paperwork?
    A: Yes, we need every presenter to fill out separate abstract applications. However, only one AV section is needed per presentation regardless of how many presenters.
  • Q: Do I need to register for the conference?
    A: If you are only attending your presentation, then you do not need to register.  If you plan to attend any other presentations, you need to register.


Information on abstract applications for the 2022 conference will be available in late winter / early spring 2022.
