2021 Annual Conference

Registration for the 36th STSW Annual Conference is now OPEN!


The virtual conference begins on Monday, October 18th with a 3 hour pre conference workshop.  The conference continues on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.   A total of 18 CEU’s can be obtained in the 4 day conference.


Monday, October 18th - Pre-Conference - 2:00pm-6:00pm EST

Tuesday, October 19th - 12:00pm - 6:00pm EST

Wednesday, October 20th - 12:00pm - 6:00pm EST

Thursday, October 21st  - 12:00pm - 6:00pm EST

Conference Registration

Attendees can register for any combination of pre-conference, one day, two days or three days.

We will again offer combined registration/membership for new members and those renewing membership that choose to attend the three days or pre-conference and three days

2021 Conference Fees:

Members:

  • $50.00 pre-conference
  • $100.00 for each of the 3 conference days  
  • Full Conference Total - $350.00
Non-members:
  • $100.00 pre-conference
  • $150.00 for each of the 3 days
  • Full Conference Total - $550.00
Combination membership/registration *:
  • $50.00 pre-conference
  • $300.00 for all of the 3 conference days
  • $100.00 STSW Membership
  • Full Conference & Membership Total - $450.00

    * Combination is only available with 3 day or 3 day +pre-conference registration.

    Student:

    • $25.00 pre-conference
    • $25.00 for each of the 3 conference days
    • Full Conference Total - $100.00

    Scholarships:

    Applications for 2021 STSW conference scholarships are now CLOSED.  No further applications will be accepted. Thank you to all those who submitted applications.  You should have received an email confirmation that your application was received.  Please alert help@stsw.org immediately if you did not.

    STSW offers a number of scholarships each year to STSW members.  As with this year, an announcement will go out by email and will be posted on the website when scholarships are available for the 2022 conference. 

      Call for Abstracts

      We are no longer accepting abstracts for 2021 presentations and posters.

      2021 Conference Fees

      Registration information and pricing will be sent out to the membership and posted here in spring 2021.  Rates for 2021 have not yet been determined.

      A combined registration / STSW membership will be offered, as well as a student rate.

       The 36th STSW Annual Conference will be a virtual event.

      Recent Conferences

      The 35th STSW Annual conference was held on October 23rd, 24th and 25th. 15 NASW approved CEUs were offered; 5 for each day of attendance. The conference was held virtually, and 422 registrants participated. Those who registered will be able to access the Conference Website and slides for the next 12 months, and information about the conference will remain on the STSW website.
