Credential Payment

Below you will find instructions for paying the credential fees by check or credit card 

Please read all of the payment instructions BEFORE you begin the payment process.

To pay by check:

• Please mail a check payable to Society for Transplant Social Workers to:

• In the memo line  please put "Credential fee" and the type of credential you are applying for (CCTSW, CCSW-MCS, CCTSW-MCS / initial or recertification)
• Please do not include application with your check. Application and all other accompanying documents must be emailed to credentialing@stsw.org
• For the check amount, please use the applicable application fee from the information below:

Initial Credential Application Fees CCTSW $75 CCSW-MCS: $75 CCTSW-MCS: $100 Current CCTSW adding MCS: $25

Recertification Application Fees: CCTSW: $50 CCSW-MCS: $50 CCTSW-MCS: $75

To pay by credit card:

• For the amount, enter the applicable application fee from the information below:

Recertification Application Fees: CCTSW: $50 CCSW-MCS: $50 CCTSW-MCS: $75

• Select "Credential type" (CCTSW, CCSW-MCS, CCTSW-MCS / initial or recertification)
• Enter the "amount to be charged" (fees are listed above or next to the credential type below)
• Click pay and then you will be directed to enter your payment information.
