34th Annual STSW International Conference

The 2019 conference was held in beautiful Denver Colorado at the Denver Marriott Tech Center.  About 280 people were in attendance.  The theme of this year’s conference was Diversity and Advocacy in the New Decade, and our keynote speaker, Dr. Nita Mosby Tyler, founder of The Equity Project, LLC, gave an inspiring and energizing keynote address on that topic.  Those who attended the pre-conference sessions as well as the entire two and a half days of conference sessions received 19.5 CEUs.  An excellent poster session, in combination with a lovely “Meet and Greet” reception followed the pre-conference sessions the evening before the formal conference began.  Presentations were of the highest quality and addressed all organ groups as well as pediatric and mechanical circulatory topics.  We are thankful to the Denver conference committee for their hard work, and we are most appreciative of the exhibitors for their support.   To view the conference brochure, click here.  The 2020 conference will be held in Orlando Florida and information will be posted under the Conference tab.
